Let’s celebrate the magical time of Midsummer Night! Take a break from everyday life and connect with the pulse of your inner light.

I invite you to a transformative dance session and a heart-opening cocoa ceremony. Immerse yourself in a dynamic flow of movement that will free your body and heart! Enjoy the rhythms and music from around the world – as well as the quiet moments … and a powerful manifestation meditation to set a goal for the next half year.

Dynamic Dance Meditation is a guided journey that combines free dance, mindful movement,  healing art and meditation. You don’t need any previous experience in fitness or dance – just an openness and enjoyment of movement and dance.

Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, yoga mat and… if you like, your favorite cup for the cacao ceremony as well as some flowers or a small stone/crystal you love.
