I am very happy to offer an Inner Coaching Retreat in the middle of a forest, just 50 min away from the Center of Berlin.

The Gut Klostermühle offers the perfect space for Rejuvenation, Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation, Reflections, Walks in Nature, Ayuvedic meals and medical Spa Treatments.

I invite you for a transforming retreat where you can take time out of your everyday life to connect with the stillness within, transform old patterns, relax deeply and find new vision and inspiration. In the seminar you will be guided through a series of exercises and experiences that will allow you to open your heart to tune to your highest potential that you are holding at this moment.

We will exercise Yoga, enjoy free dancing, breathe in pranayama, write, reflect, go into deep relaxations and guided meditations, walk in nature, share and enjoy the creative field together.

You will have time to balance the transformative seminar with the beautiful offers at this place and can make arrangements for an Ayuvedic treatment beforehand if you wish.

Workshop: 290,00 €

This includes 13 hours of seminar-time and the use of the Seminar & Yogaroom and Yogamats.

You can arrive from Friday, 3 pm and use the SPA offers or go for a walk in the beautiful surroundings at the lake. We will start our retreat with an Ayuvedic dinner on Friday at 18.30 and finish on Sunday 17.30.

Friday: 19.30 – 20.30
Saturday and Sunday: 7.00 – 10.30 and 15.00 – 17.30
