Expand into your light! . . .

Just after the summer solstice, as the light is the brightest.

In this workshop we will stretch and expand our bodies with an uplifting and nurturing Yoga flow – to keep our light bright and strong for this summer! A focused meditation, contemplation, sharing, deep relaxations and a power smoothie in the break, are part of this “mini-retreat” in Berlin.

Please bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and blanket, (a Yoga block and belt – if you have) and something to write.
