This workshop invites you to get out of an overthinking mind into the connectedness of your heart. Often we can get stuck in our logic and reason and forget about our intuitive, imaginative abilities that are present when we connect and listen to our hearts.
The Yoga practice of this day will take you out of overthinking and connects you with the resourcefulness and vision of your heart.
Enjoy a well-rounded vinyasa practice with joyful heart-opening poses and bends, deep breathing and a guided meditation.
All levels are welcome.
